Knotted is an exploration into the bodies process of movement and healing. Each dance move creates a unique body pattern and some of these moves result in tight muscles or ‘knots.’ As these patterns come together they create a full picture of a body’s lived experience that knit together the complexities of the body’s woven and intersecting experiences creating a delicate, individual and a deeply personal history.
